Here are the steps to make a support request for our data collection plugin

1) Update your plugin to the latest version

You can find the most recent release on our GitHub page:

https://github.com/luluxe/CommunityAnalyticsMinecraft/releases

2) Edit config.yml

Update the following configurations as follows:

• minimum-session-duration: 0

• debug: true

3) Running the plugin on your server

Follow these steps:

• Restart your server.

• Connect to the server and then disconnect.

• Let the server run for at least one minute.

4) Send your latest.log in a discord ticket
